Persons over 12: Brush teeth first and rinse the mouth well with water. Fill measuring cup with approximately half a cap of undiluted mouthwash. Rinse thoroughly between teeth and gums for up to 60 seconds, then spit out. Use up to twice daily. Do not swallow the mouthwash.
